the uncited-claim detector, acronym check, title-similarity matching, tortured-phrase rule format, post-2024 preprint heuristic and AI-typical word list were rewritten in browser JavaScript and simplified;
the figure checklist and the five-reviewer panel (field analyst, program officer, methodology, domain, perspective, Devil's Advocate, editorial synthesizer) were condensed and adapted from journal papers to grant proposals.
Live database lookups (Semantic Scholar, Crossref, OpenAlex, arXiv) from the original are not included.
